Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
Coordinate salary discussions, reference checks, and documentation.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Build solid relationships with hiring managers and provide regular hiring updates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
