Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with solid hands-on experience in ITOM to develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

· Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB .

· Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer and Workflows .

· Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub .

· Work on CMDB data quality, relationships, and CI management.

· Troubleshoot technical issues and support ServiceNow implementations.

· Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills

· 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

· Solid experience in ServiceNow ITOM .

· Valuable knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and Event Management .

· Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.

· Experience with integrations and APIs.

· ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification is a plus.
