Dolphin is hiring for the Role of Technical Sales and AI Solutions!

Responsibilities of the Intern:
Manage leads from IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, referrals and outbound campaigns through to purchase orders.
Understand machine applications; select sensors, explain wiring and specifications, and handle technical objections.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, follow up systematically and build repeat OEM/customer business.
Build a competitor-to-DOLPHIN sensor equivalent finder with evidence, compatibility checks and limitations.
Develop pricing comparison, quotation automation, CRM follow-up and conversion dashboards.
Use AI coding tools, APIs and workflow automation to solve recurring sales and technical-support problems.
Read datasheets and validate electrical, sensing,



mechanical and installation compatibility.
Coordinate product trials, custom requirements, troubleshooting and feedback with manufacturing/quality teams.

Requirements:
Solid B2B sales communication, negotiation, follow-up discipline and commercial ownership.
Understanding of industrial sensors, automation or electrical/electronics systems; ability to interpret datasheets.
Practical development skills in Python or JavaScript, APIs, databases and AI-assisted coding.
Familiarity with CRM tools and automations such as n8n, Make or Zapier; evidence of practical projects.
