Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Manage hardware-related projects and demands in ServiceNow, keeping records accurate.
Coordinate with stakeholders to document demands and track progress, risks and next steps.
Support onboarding of recent AV equipment into the hardware portfolio.
Maintain structured documentation and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in CS, IT, engineering or a comparable field.
Interest in hardware portfolio management and IT service management; ServiceNow is an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken English; robust attention to detail
