Senior Business Development Manager - New Logos (US & UK) - WFO Hunt, accelerate and close new enterprise & mid-market logos in the US & UK using pre-existing buyer relationships - office-based, quota-driven, full-cycle ownership from prospect to close.

Key responsibilities
Source, qualify and build a predictable current-logo pipeline for US & UK accounts.
Leverage existing relationships to shorten sales cycles and close deals faster.
Own forecasts, pipeline metrics and CRM; be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets .
Collaborate with solutions, delivery and leadership to craft proposals and close commercial terms.
Represent the company in client meetings; travel to client sites in the US/UK when required.

Must-have (apply only if you meet these)




10+ years selling for IT services companies (direct experience required).
Demonstrable existing relationships with decision-makers in US and/or UK enterprise accounts.
Proven track record of closing recent logos quickly and consistently meeting/exceeding quota .
Robust understanding of sales targets/KPIs (quota attainment, pipeline coverage, conversion rates).
Excellent negotiation & communication skills; hands-on with CRM and pipeline management.
Office-based (candidate must work from company office) and willing to travel for key client meetings.
Experience selling cloud, digital transformation, modernization, or testing services.
