Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including:
Quality Inspection
Sales & Marketing
Civil Engineers and related roles
Manage bulk hiring requirements within tight timelines
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower needs
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting
Handle recruitment pressure and consistently deliver results
Required Skills & Experience
1 - 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment , preferably in real estate or construction sectors :
Proven experience in bulk hiring :
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Result-oriented mindset with solid follow-up and closing skills
Educational Qualification
MBA in HR preferred
Work Details
Work Mode : Work from Office
Location :Hyderabad
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
