- Lead end-to-end development of door panel systems, acting as the primary engineering interface with customers in collaboration with global teams
- Define and develop product designs and manufacturing processes aligned with customer specifications and Group standards
- Ensure technical feasibility, design convergence, and validation through close coordination with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Manage and maintain program documentation within Product Data Management (PDM) systems




- Execute development activities in line with organizational protocols and Program Management System (PMS) guidelines
- Lead supplier development activities, including tooling development, process validation, and industrialization readiness
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers and plant teams during product development and launch phases
- Ensure supplier quality assurance for prototypes, tooling, and production processes
- Drive and support APQP activities, including PFMEA, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Lead costing and value engineering initiatives, including techno-commercial discussions and supplier negotiations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, cost optimization, and manufacturability

Professional Experience :

- Relevant 10+ years of experience in automotive interiors, specifically Door panel development (Minimum 3 + Complete Door Panels Programs Experience )
- Proven experience managing programs from RFQ to SOP (Start of Production)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage global interfaces
- Strong background across the complete product development lifecycle, from concept to launch
- Experience in automotive OEM/Tier-1 environments preferred
