Key Responsibilities :

1. Posting job openings on various portals and platforms

2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews

3. Working closely with managers and leadership team

4. Managing administrative activities and office operations

5. Planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and parties

6. Supporting hiring and expansion for new company locations

7. Assisting the Director in day-to-day activities

8. Cold calling and appointment setting for the sales team

9. Coordinating and participating in client meetings

10. Attending domestic & international events, conferences, and seminars with the MD

11. Monitoring team expansion and performance across locations

12. Coordinating office content shoots (reels, branding activities)

13.



Representing Osumare at events and networking meets

14. Handling client visits and front-office interactions

15. Assisting in campus drives and recruitment campaigns

16. Personal Assistant to Director

Eligibility & Requirements :

1. Graduate in any discipline

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Pleasant personality with a professional approach

4. Strong convincing and coordination abilities

5. Willingness to multitask and take initiative
