Job Description We//'re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and grow our retail and general trade footprint Key Responsibilities:

- Drive primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory

- Appoint, manage & grow distributors and sub-stockists

- Ensure numeric & weighted distribution growth across general trade

- Own outlet-level execution: visibility, planograms, schemes, etc

- Monitor and achieve monthly targets in volume, value, and visibility KPIs.

- Train, lead, and energize a team of Sales Officers

- Analyze competitor activities and field intelligence to course-correct market strategies

- Regular beat planning and market visits to ensure ground-level execution.

- Who We//'re Looking For:

- 4-8 years of sales experience in FMCG/D2C brands

- Solid experience in Patna market handling is a plus.

- Proven expertise in distributor/channel management and retail execution.

- Go-getter attitude with strong communication and team management skills.
