Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through ads
- Explain services related to Meta Ads Manager in a simple and convincing way
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
- Handle objections and close deals effectively
- Maintain call records and update lead status
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality feedback
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in telecalling / sales
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Bengali is a plus) :
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / Meta Ads (preferred) :
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling digital marketing services :
- Understanding of lead generation and sales funnels :
- CRM or Excel knowledge for lead tracking
