We are looking for a highly analytical, growth-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and scale our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that drive high-quality inbound leads, build brand equity, and maximize ROI.

- Performance Marketing Mastery : Hands-on experience setting up, scaling, and optimizing paid lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
- SEO & Web Analytics : Deep understanding of SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical) and high proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) , Google Search Console, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Inbound Funnel Design : Proven track record of building conversion funnels, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Leadership Skills : Robust project management skills with the ability to mentor creative team members, manage content calendars, and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical Mindset : Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data dashboards to justify marketing spend based on performance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
