The Wholesale Banking Coverage Group (WBCG) focuses on doing business with customers such as the MNCs, Government, Strategic, large and mid-corporates and the SMEs across industries like Infrastructure, Engineering, Chemicals, Oil amp; Gas, Metals, textiles etc. The Corporate lending business emphasizes on doing business with higher rated corporates with a focus on garnering a higher share of the cash flows by providing working capital facilities

About the Role:

WBCG: MNC – Senior Relationship Manager manages a team of Relationship Manager’s and is responsible for scoping the target market, sales, and implementing strategies to increase productivity and performance levels to achieve the team’s financial targets. Essentially, the role is similar to that of a team lead and the SRM will guide the Relationship Managers to understand and advise the clients on their Asset and Liabilities plan/requirement – primarily CA, Term Loan, Working Capital, forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etc. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the daily operations and compliance with the regulatory and bank’s rules and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Strengthen relationship with existing customer base to generate sustained business and identify opportunities for cross sell.




- Help the team source new customers to generate revenue for fund Based and non-fund based products and increase customer base
- Ensure prudent portfolio management and diversification of risk in partnership with the Credit Team to achieve portfolio quality
- Ensure implementation of due processes, guidelines and Bank’s code of conduct in all transactions, sanctions, disbursals and post disbursal activities.
- Review daily/ periodic reports with a view to identify business opportunities, act upon early warning signals highlighted by the central teams, implement exit plan for stress accounts
- Provide feedback to Risk Management/ Product Policy / Process Monitoring Teams for streamlining the processes to ensure TAT reduction, Risk Diversification and Inclusive policy.
- Ensure Product Per Customer (PPC) growth in the allocated portfolio in the defined set of products
- Ensure prudent implementation of Digital initialization taken by the Bank.
- Review existing portfolio and constantly updating of ReKYC and Covenant compliance as per the Banking standards
- Create a performance-oriented setting leading to high employee motivation and productivity
- Ensure that all staffing requirements of the team are met, and adequate training is given to the staff on the products of the bank,



sales processes and various policies of the bank

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

- CFA/ CA/ MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute

- In-depth knowledge of key drivers and indicators in the relevant sectors
- Understanding of financial statements, ratios
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory norms
- Good relationship management with strong communication and presentation skill
