Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document current-state ("as-is") and design future-state ("to-be") process models using standard notation (e.g., BPMN).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate process designs.
- Define process metrics, KPIs, and controls to measure performance and track improvements.
- Support process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure adoption.
- Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Provide recommendations aligned with improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Support change management activities and communicate process changes to affected stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building BPM best practices within the team.
