Job Title: Prime Services Client Onboarding

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Prime Brokerage client services activities, supporting Europe and US clients.

- Facilitate smooth client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related issues.

- Monitor and support client trade flows, ensuring timely resolution of operational queries.

- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to margin, collateral, and corporate actions.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and escalate concerns when required.

- Support cross-product activities, including Securities Lending and Liquidity Management.

- Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships while ensuring smooth service delivery.

Requisites

- Postgraduate Degree / MBA in Finance, CFA, or an equivalent finance qualification.





- Good understanding of Equities, Equity Derivatives, Convertible Bonds, Fixed Income, Repo, Futures, and Options.

- Basic understanding of Prime Brokerage and financial markets.

- Knowledge of Securities Lending and Liquidity Management would be an added advantage.

- Awareness of current macroeconomic trends and financial markets.

- Solid analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a team.

- Self-motivated, quick learner with a proactive approach to building business knowledge and client relationships.
