- Job Position Summary
- The FPD Support and Manning Staff is the link between the Manning Offices and the Technical and FPD
- Departments. Handle/Co-ordinate all Paperwork including licenses/Courses/Medical/Contracts for Crew embarkation.
- Key Roles and Responsibilities




- Job involves medicals & screening of profiles.
- Checking documents as per checklist.
- Applyingflag state as per vessels.
- Sending travel details to travel department.
- Issuing safety gearsfor joining crew members.
- Updating and checking DG details of each joiners.
- Domesticflight booking for each joiner.
- Updating PJ checklist in paris software.
- Maintaining and sendingreport like monthly joiners, NUSI fees, Sign on/Off, medical list, documents status.
- Fillingvarious visa forms as per requirements and coordinating with visa department for variousqueries.
- Sending revised sea after revision of yearly CBA
- Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications- Degree holder of any faculty with minimum 3 - 4 years of work experience in shipping industry.
- Experience in documentation in shipping industry dealing with shore-based requirements.
- Valuable Communication Skills
- Excellent on MS-Office
- Good Negotiation skills
- Must be able to work and recruit to tight deadline.
