Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints Responsibilities and Duties Handling inbound/outbound calls Interacting with customers for taxi & tour package booking Negotiating with customers for fare charges Making Iternary of the taxi & Tour packages MIS Preparation Key Skills Excellent convincing skill, Positive communication, MS Office Required Experience and Qualifications Should have minimum.6 to 2 years of experience in travel/ car rental industry Should have worked upon taxi/tour packages
