Key Responsibilities

- Onboard new creators and guide them through the platform
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators
- Help creators improve their earnings and engagement metrics
- Track creator performance and provide regular feedback and support
- Solve day-to-day issues and act as a trusted advisor to creators
- Identify opportunities to enhance the creator experience
- Experience :Background in customer support, community management, or creator/talent management
- People-oriented :Genuinely enjoys working with people and solving their problems
- Strong communicator :Transparent, empathetic, and responsive
- Organized :Ability to manage multiple relationships and track performance efficiently
- Proactive :Takes initiative to follow up and support creators consistently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
