Job Description - Installation Executive / Customer Care Executive

Position : Installation Executive Industry : Solar / Renewable Energy Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite) Shift Timings: 04:30 AM to 01:30 PM IST OR 03:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST Days Working : 5 Days Working

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule solar installation appointments with customers and installation teams.
- Manage end-to-end installation workflow and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Verify installation documents, site reports, permits, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Track installation progress and update CRM/software systems accurately.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with design, approvals, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure all customer and project records are maintained properly.
- Follow up on pending installations, inspections, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.




- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in early morning shifts aligned with Australian timings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-service oriented mindset with professional communication.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the Solar Industry, Installation Coordination, or Operations role will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling international clients/processes preferred.
- Knowledge of Australian solar installation processes is a plus.

Education

- Any Graduate / Diploma Holder

Pay: ₹19,742.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
