Hiring: Customer Support - Voice Process

Company: Ixigo

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

368, Phase II, Udyog Vihar, Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana 122008

Working Days: 6 days/week

Shift: Rotational (including weekends)

Process: Voice - Inbound/Outbound

Freshers CTC: ₹17,000

Experienced CTC: ₹18,000 - ₹19,500

Versant Score: 4 or 5 required

Languages: English + Hindi

Valuable communication skills required

Immediate joiners preferred

Customer-focused attitude
