- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per customer requirements.
- Manage fare quotations and itinerary planning.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy in passenger details and ticketing documentation.
- Handle customer queries related to ticketing, refunds, and rescheduling.
- Maintain proper records of bookings and transactions.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in air ticketing or a similar role.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is a solid plus.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
