Job Summary
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify and approach prospective customers in the manufacturing sector.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per business plans.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Technical Sales
- Conduct product presentations and machinery demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
- Participate in contract negotiations and order closures.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on collections and ensure timely payments.
Market Intelligence
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Preferred experience in:
- Industrial Machinery
- Injection Moulding Machinery
- Automation Equipment
- Manufacturing Equipment
- Moulds & Dies
- Capital Equipment Sales
Skills :
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with lead generation and client acquisition.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
