What would you do? • •Review and validate client-submitted forms (scanned image-based) to determine IGO NIGO status, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing. • •Demonstrate strong working knowledge of rollover in, transfer, and enrollment request processing, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve exceptions. • •Ensure strict compliance with data confidentiality and non disclosure requirements• •Comply with client policies, internal procedures, and applicable Federal State Local regulations, escalating risks, errors, or potential breaches to management promptly. • •Research and respond to transaction related queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams within defined SLAs.

Roles and Responsibilities: • •Perform end to end processing of monetary and non monetary transactions based on scanned forms and system generated requests, ensuring 100 accuracy and adherence to turnaround timelines. • •Be flexible to work in US business hours shifts ONLY based on operational • •Execute transactional activities such as account creation, account maintenance, fund movements, rollovers, and transfers as per client instructions and standard operating procedures.
