Role Overview

We are looking for acreative and hands-on UX Designerwho can translate business requirements, user needs, and technical concepts intosimple, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences.

The role will work closely withsolution architects, engineering teams, business analysts, product teams, and customer-facing stakeholdersacross digital and AI-led initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving beyond conventional UI design and contributing toproduct experiences, prototypes, solution concepts, presentations, and emerging AI-driven interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitiveweb, mobile, dashboard, and enterprise application experiences

- Translate requirements and workflows intouser journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes

- Create high-fidelity UX/UI designs and reusable components inFigma

- Develop and maintaindesign systems, components, styles, and UX consistency

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensuredesign feasibility and smooth implementation

- Participate in customer discussions and convert ideas intovisual concepts and solution experiences

- Create compellingpresentation designs, solution visuals, infographics, and customer-facing storytelling

- Support UX forAI,



GenAI and Agentic AI-based applicationsas the portfolio evolves

- Explore and adoptnew design technologies and AI-enabled design tools

- Incorporate feedback quickly and work across multiple initiatives when required

Must-Have Skills

- 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience

- Strong hands-on expertise inFigma - mandatory

- Good understanding ofUX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy

- Experience creatingwireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces

- Solid sense oflayout, typography, spacing, visual balance, and consistency

- Ability to simplifycomplex workflows and technical concepts

- Strongcreative thinking and visual storytelling

- Comfortable designingprofessional customer presentations

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams

- Flexible and comfortable working in afast-moving, multi-project environment

Good to Have

- Exposure toAI / GenAI-driven applications and conversational UX

- Experience usingAI-assisted design or image-generation tools

- Understanding ofdesign systems and component-based application development

- Exposure to enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS or B2B product design

- Familiarity withPowerPoint, Adobe tools, Canva or similar visual-design platforms

- Basic understanding of frontend technologies such asHTML/CSS, React or Angularwould be an advantage
