Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Purchase Coordinator/Manager in day-to-day purchasing activities.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) based on Purchase Requisitions (PRs) received from various departments.
- Coordinate with the factory, Sales Coordinator, and Sales Team to ensure smooth communication and timely material planning.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmation, delivery schedules, and pending supplies.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and reliability.
- Maintain and update supplier records, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and other purchasing documents.
- Follow up on supplier performance, pending deliveries, and material availability.




- Prepare and maintain purchase-related reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of purchase records.
- Support the Purchase Coordinator/Manager in daily purchasing operations and other assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain records and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
