Job Title: Structured Credit Middle Office

Experience: 6 to 9 Years

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide trade management and first-line operational support to Exotic Credit Trading and Structuring desks.

- Manage trade booking and validation for structured credit products, including Credit Linked Notes (CLNs), structured financing repos/loans, and credit derivatives.

- Review Front Office trade bookings against term sheets and trade blotters to ensure accuracy.

- Manage the complete trade lifecycle, including corporate action events, call events, triggers, structured note issuance, and complex cash flows.

- Understand trade valuation models and downstream processes involving confirmations and settlements.

- Develop and maintain control frameworks and governance processes for structured credit products.

- Coordinate with Traders, offshore teams, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, and other internal stakeholders.

- Work closely with Documentation, Settlements, Valuations, Collateral Management, and Reconciliation teams to ensure smooth trade processing.

- Prepare T+0 P&L; Flash reports, including risk-based P&L; attribution and commentary.

- Prepare and review daily trading activity reports.

- Identify operational risks,



investigate trade discrepancies, resolve issues, and strengthen existing controls.

- Drive process improvements and coordinate system enhancements across departments and regions.

Requisites

- Strong knowledge of Exotic Derivative products, preferably Exotic Credit products.

- Understanding of structured credit products such as CLNs, credit derivatives, structured financing, repos, and loans.

- Knowledge of trade booking, trade lifecycle management, valuation models, confirmations, and settlement processes.

- Understanding of trade lifecycle controls, operational risk, and governance frameworks.

- Exposure to Front Office trade support and interaction with Trading / Structuring desks.

- Knowledge of P&L; reporting, P&L; attribution, and daily trading activity reporting.

- Robust numerical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

- Exposure to AI tools and their practical application in improving work efficiency.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.

- Proactive approach to issue investigation, problem-solving, and process improvement.
