Candidates with 4-6 years of PQE in AIF/PMS compliance, investor onboarding (AML/KYC/FATCA), FEMA filings, and Secretarial functions for a leading alternatives and asset management platform should apply.

- Manage SEBI and RBI compliances for AIFs and PMS.
- Handle FEMA filings including FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA, DI and related regulatory reporting.
- Support investor onboarding, AML/KYC, FATCA and compliance monitoring.
- Liaise with SEBI, RBI, trustees, investors and other stakeholders.
- Assist in Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Companies Act compliances and ROC filings.

We're looking for someone who has:

- CS qualified from ICSI.





- Experience in SEBI-regulated entities (AIF/PMS), RBI compliances and FEMA filings.

- Experience in Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, agenda preparation and Companies Act compliances.

- Currently or previously worked with a reputed AIF, PMS, AMC, Wealth Management or Alternative Investments platform.
