Lead the IT infrastructure architecture, governance, and regulatory technology agenda for a cloud-first organization. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership across Azure, Microsoft 365, security, compliance, and enterprise technology platforms.

- Own and drive IT infrastructure architecture, governance, and technology strategy across cloud and enterprise platforms.
- Lead cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit, and business continuity initiatives.
- Manage Microsoft ecosystem technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and endpoint security solutions.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, governance frameworks, and vendor management processes.
- Drive cloud transformation, automation, and technology modernization projects while collaborating with business and leadership teams.

We're looking for someone who has:





8-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture roles.

Strong expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, identity & access management, and cloud security frameworks.

Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit management.

Hands-on exposure to infrastructure modernization, automation, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Solid stakeholder management skills with experience working in financial services or other regulated industries preferred.
