About the Role: Join LTM as a Specialist - Package Implementation and drive enterprise integration excellence. Architect secure, scalable SAP BTP integration solutions, empowering global organizations to optimize hybrid landscapes and accelerate digital transformation.

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and define scalable, secure solution designs.
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration artifacts ensuring alignment with SAP CPI best practices.
- Manage transport landscapes and coordinate seamless deployments across development, quality assurance, and production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows to maintain high system availability, optimal performance, and robust error handling.
- Implement comprehensive API management strategies including rate limiting, key management, and advanced analytics.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior consultants while driving continuous improvement in integration processes.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring):

Must-Have:

- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging GitHub Co-Pilot to accelerate development workflows, code generation, and integration testing efficiencies.
- Extensive hands-on expertise in SAP CPI encompassing Cloud Integration, API Management, Integration Advisor, Open Connectors, Event Mesh, and SAP CIG.
- Strong technical capability in configuring WebServices, OData protocols, and Business Rules Framework (BRF) for complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Advanced scripting skills using Groovy and JavaScript for sophisticated message transformation, data enrichment, and payload routing.

Preferred:





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Deep domain expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and ECC integration patterns within global technology sectors.
- Robust consultative soft skills including stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
