Respond to customer enquiries regarding projects, property details, booking procedures, payment schedules, documentation, and possession.
Receive, record, track, and resolve customer complaints in coordination with the concerned departments.
Liaise with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM software, track pending issues,



and prepare periodic customer service reports.
Provide continued assistance to customers after booking, including updates on project progress, handover, and maintenance-related concerns.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Additional certification in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service is an advantage.
Experience in malls/ retail / real estate.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software.
