Role: Tele Sales Representative (TSR)
Department: Outbound Lead Generation (Solar, Battery, Energy, Health Insurance, Telecom)
Shift Timing (Australian Process):
Mon – Fri: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM IST
Experience: Freshers welcome! Prior BPO or outbound telesales experience is an advantage.

Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent/pronunciation.

Full comfort working early morning Australian process hours.
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.

High resilience, target-driven mindset, and comfort handling cold-calling rejection.

Freshers or candidates with outbound calling/BPO background.
