Traders Quote Software also supports clients with company formation, regulatory consulting, HR and webinar systems, and custom web and mobile development. Role Description The Business Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing business development and sales initiatives across forex, crypto, and brokerage solutions, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships. The Business Director will lead planning and execution of business strategies, identify new market opportunities,



and manage key client relationships. Daily responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams, coordinating with product and operations to deliver client solutions, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing business models for affiliates, partners, and investors. The role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring effective communication, and representing the company in high-level meetings and industry events.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, evaluate business models, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Planning and strategic management skills to design, implement, and refine growth plans and partnership frameworks.
Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills to build, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and negotiate win-win commercial agreements.
Proven experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or financial services business development or leadership roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
