The role involves designing scalable optimization models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business problems into data-driven recommendations.
Design and implement scalable operations research and optimization solutions for inventory, allocation, and resource planning
Develop machine learning, forecasting, and AI solutions to improve business decision-making and operational performance
Lead data science initiatives from problem formulation through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement




Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers; provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior data scientists
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years, in Operations Research, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field
LP, MIP/MILP, Constraint Programming, Nonlinear Programming
Experience solving supply chain problems including inventory optimization, allocation, scheduling, network optimization
Proficient in Python and SQL with hands-on experience using Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools, AIMMS, or Xpress
Minimum 2 years supply chain analytics experience and practical machine learning and forecasting knowledge
