Responsibilities

- Drive monthly and annual disbursement targets for recent and used small commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, M&HCVs;, and construction equipment.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with commercial vehicle dealers, bodybuilders, fleet operators, brokers, transporters, and direct customers.
- Lead, mentor, and review Relationship Managers, Sales Executives, Credit, Operations, and Collections teams; allocate targets and improve productivity through regular coaching.
- Track local market potential, competitor activity, sourcing partner activation, and regional performance to expand market share.
- Work closely with Credit and Verification teams on credit assessment, vehicle valuation, underwriting quality, KYC compliance, and application-to-disbursement turnaround time.
- Monitor portfolio health, early warning indicators, overdue accounts, bounce rates, delinquency, and NPAs; coordinate recovery actions to protect asset quality.
- Oversee branch documentation,



file disbursement, customer service, audit readiness, complaint resolution, and adherence to RBI guidelines, legal requirements, internal controls, and company policies.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in commercial vehicle finance, vehicle loans, refinancing, branch management, sales, credit, or collections.
- Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle loan lifecycle, credit evaluation, vehicle valuation, documentation, EMI collection, and NPA control.
- Proven ability to lead field and branch teams, manage targets, develop dealer and sourcing relationships, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a target-driven approach.
- Strong knowledge of local markets across the assigned territories and willingness to travel within the region.
