Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners and understand their academic or career goals.
- Explain relevant programs, services, and value propositions clearly and accurately.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain accurate lead records, update follow-up status, and work toward individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth learner onboarding experience.
- Use feedback from prospects to improve outreach and conversion approaches.

Requirements

- Open to freshers with strong interest in business development and customer engagement.




- Fluency in both English and Telugu is mandatory for this role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in speaking to prospective learners.
- Positive attitude, active listening ability, and willingness to learn sales processes and ed-tech offerings.
- Organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a full-time, in-office environment in Hyderabad.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

This is a full-time Business Development Associate opportunity in the ed-tech industry, based in Hyderabad, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
