Hiring for our client, Leven, Hyderabad based Family Office
About the role:
Leven, a Hyderabad-based family office, is looking for a dependable Accountant to manage
day-to-day accounting across the family's entities, investments and personal finances. You will
handle GST and TDS filings, pass accounting entries, and prepare financial statements for the
family's entities. The role reports to the Senior Accountant / Finance Head and suits someone who
is detail-oriented, trustworthy and wants to grow in family office finance.

Key responsibilities:
GST & TDS compliance
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on time, and file annual returns (GSTR-9) with
the CA.

- Reconcile input tax credit with GSTR-2B and resolve mismatches with vendors.
- Calculate TDS on payments (rent, skilled fees, contractors, salaries), deposit it on time

and file quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q).

- Issue TDS certificates (Form 16 / 16A) and reconcile with Form 26AS.
- Track all statutory due dates and respond to GST and TDS notices with the CA.

Accounting entries
• Pass day-to-day entries in Tally — purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal and contra
vouchers.

- Record investment and expense transactions across the family's entities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain vendor and party ledgers.




- Pass month-end adjustment entries — accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses and depreciation.

Financial statements & reporting

- Prepare trial balance, profit & loss account, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
- Finalise books at month-end and year-end, and support the CA during audits.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on expenses, cash position and investments.
- Keep financial records accurate, well-documented and confidential. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience (mandatory).
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience filing GST returns and TDS returns independently.
- Strong command of accounting entries in Tally Prime, and good MS Excel skills.
- Ability to prepare and read financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow).
- High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Available to join immediately.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month, depending on experience.
