Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls from international customers regarding telecom services and related queries.
2. Provide professional customer support and ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.
4. Assist customers with service-related inquiries, account queries, and requests.
5. Communicate effectively in English with international customers.
6. Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and process compliance standards.
7. Document customer interactions accurately and follow established procedures.
8. Meet assigned performance targets while delivering excellent customer service. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. Minimum 6 months of experience in an inbound international voice process.
2. Excellent English communication skills with B2/C1 proficiency.
3. Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
4. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US shifts.
5. Flexibility to work with rotational week offs.
