Eurofins IT Solutions seeks a Senior QA Test Engineer with 5–8+ years of automation testing experience for their BioPharma Product Testing division in Bengaluru. The role involves designing and executing automated test strategies for web-based laboratory information management systems and CI/CD pipelines within an Agile workplace.
Responsibilities
Design and build automation test frameworks and scripts for web-based laboratory systems
Perform in-sprint automation testing and CI/CD pipeline automation
Develop test strategies, test plans, and requirement traceability matrices
Execute multiple testing types including functional, integration, sanity, and exploratory testing
Analyze test results, document defects, and prepare comprehensive test reports
Requirements
- 5–8 years of automation testing experience for web-based applications
- Expertise in Selenium, Specflow, BDD, Protractor, or WebDriver IO frameworks
- Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript programming languages
- Hands-on SQL skills including joins and subqueries for database testing
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Knowledge of version control (Git), defect tracking (Jira, TFS, Bugzilla), and test management tools
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC/STLC lifecycles
