Design and build scalable, enterprise-grade data pipelines and infrastructure
Implement data governance and compliance controls for regulated environments
Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical leadership to the team
Partner with business stakeholders to align data solutions with organizational goals
Expert proficiency in Databricks, Azure Fabric, PySpark, and SQL
Deep experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time data integration
Knowledge of data governance, GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to architect and deploy production-grade data pipelines
Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with business stakeholders
