Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Convert inbound leads into sales through effective communication.
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Experience in telesales, inbound sales, or inside sales.
Graduation is mandatory.
Ability to handle customer calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
