About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with 4 to 5 years of experience to drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle operations.

In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to source, evaluate, and hire specialized engineering and corporate talent. Prior experience sourcing for the Aerospace, Defense, or niche Engineering sectors is strongly preferred.

Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from requisition intake, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling to salary negotiation and final onboarding.

Specialized Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, etc.), professional networks, talent mapping, and direct headhunting.

Stakeholder Management:



Collaborate with technical hiring managers and business heads to align on job specifications, candidate profiles, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.

Build a talent pipeline for recurring, critical, and hard-to-fill niche positions.

Offer & Closure Management: Conduct preliminary HR evaluations, manage salary negotiations within budgeted grids, and maintain post-offer engagement to ensure high joining ratios.

Recruitment Operations & Metrics: Maintain data integrity within internal trackers/ATS, monitor key KPIs (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Sourcing Channel Mix, Offer-to-Join ratio), and prepare regular hiring reports.

Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (corporate or consulting/agency setup).

Demonstrated mastery of Boolean search logic, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portal search dynamics.

Work Arrangement: Willingness and availability to work 5 days a week on-site from our Bengaluru office .

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is an advantage).
