They own the full stack of software products, developing and implementing frontends (web or mobile), and backend services.Key Responsibilities :- Provides input into the architecture and design of the product; collaborating with the team in solving problems the right way.- Practices daily paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building product.- Serves as an expert on a specific business domain and demonstrates leadership and accountability on at least one technology stack.- Coaches more junior team members around different technologies and XP practices.- Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices.Essential Skills :- 8+ years of experience in software development, system integration, and delivery, including automation of the software development lifecycle (build, test, release) through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- 6+ years of experience developing scalable RESTful APIs and implementing event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.- Strong software development experience with multiple programming languages, preferably Java (Spring Boot) and Python.- Practical experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming (XP) environments, including pair programming, cooperative engineering practices, continuous integration, and iterative delivery.Education :- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
