Spike () is an incident response and on-call management platform. When something breaks in production at 2am, we're the system that figures out who to wake up, alerts them, escalates if nobody responds, and tracks everything that happens during the incident.

You'll own that story and tell it in the open: how we build, what we ship, and what we learn. You will call technical buyers in the US and book the first meeting. Most of the day is on the phone. The role is remote, and the hours are US business hours. At least 1 year of cold calling in international markets. You are fine making a lot of calls every day. Transparent spoken English. Confident, and easy to talk to on the phone.
You have used a CRM. HubSpot is a plus.
You can work US business hours.
Cold call technical buyers at growing companies in the US: engineering, security, product, devtools, or cloud.
Follow up by email and LinkedIn.
Log every call in HubSpot.
Say what you are hearing on the calls: what is working, and what is not.

You have not cold called in an international market for a year.
You do not want to spend most of the day on the phone.
You cannot work US business hours.
