Technical Support & Operations
Responsible for supporting Windows Server, VMware related infrastructure services globally.
Provide Level 1 technical support for incidents, service requests, problems, and changes, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
Basic troubleshooting for Windows Server operating systems, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File Services.
Support VMware virtual infrastructure including VM provisioning, resource optimization, snapshots, storage management, and lifecycle activities.
Participate in 24x7 on-call support scheduled maintenance windows.
Knowledge on to root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
Ensure qualification, testing, validation, implementation, and post-implementation review activities are completed as required.
Monitoring & Service Reliability




Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
Ensure operating systems, applications, and infrastructure components are patched and maintained according to company policies.
Configuration & Asset Management
Maintain accurate configuration item (CI) records in CMDB and ensure infrastructure documentation remains current.
Manage server lifecycle activities including commissioning, maintenance, and decommissioning.
