We are looking for an experienced and creative Design Manager to lead the design function for our Mods & Interiors vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, team management skills, and experience in handling premium residential interior projects from concept development to final execution.

Lead and manage the design team for complete home interiors and modular projects.

Develop innovative and practical design concepts based on client requirements.

Review and approve 2D layouts, 3D designs, working drawings, and technical drawings.

Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all design projects.

Coordinate with sales, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Guide designers on design standards, material selection, space planning, and detailing.





Ensure designs are aligned with project budgets, timelines, and company standards.

Monitor team productivity, project progress, and design deliverables.

Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, finishes, and modular solutions.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in complete home interiors and modular projects.

Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering software.

Experience in team handling, design reviews, and project coordination.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
