Role : Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) : Job Summary : Location : PuneExp : 7+ YearsMode : HybridNote : Candidates currently working from Product based companies can Apply.We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong experience in AWS, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, and observability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining highly available, scalable, secure, and reliable production platforms.Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.- Manage infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, preferably AWS EKS.- Develop and maintain Helm charts / Helm-based deployments.- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines.- Automate infrastructure and operational activities using Ansible and/or PowerShell.- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and/or Datadog.- Establish and improve SRE practices around availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and incident management.- Participate in production incident response, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem management.- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.- Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve deployment and recovery processes.- Support disaster recovery, backup, business continuity,



and high-availability initiatives.- Implement security best practices including IAM, least privilege, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Security, and Platform Engineering teams.- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system reliability, deployment velocity, and operational efficiency.Required Skills : - AWS : EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch.- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.- Kubernetes / AWS EKS.- Helm / Helm Charts.- CI/CD : GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Azure Pipelines.- Automation : Ansible and/or PowerShell.- Monitoring & Observability : Prometheus, Grafana, and/or Datadog.- Robust Linux administration and troubleshooting.- Scripting knowledge such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.- Strong understanding of networking, security, scalability, and high availability.- Experience with incident management, RCA, DR, and production support.SRE Experience : - Experience working in an SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering environment.- Hands-on experience improving MTTR, availability, reliability, and system performance.- Experience implementing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and error-budget practices.- Experience with production incident response and root-cause analysis.- Experience automating operational processes and reducing manual intervention.
