Role Description The BDA (Business Development Associate) role at Averixis Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the BDA is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective students and institutional partners, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and presenting Averixis programs and internships in a clear and compelling manner. The BDA also collaborates with the marketing and operations teams to coordinate campaigns, gather feedback from students and partners, and provide input to improve offerings.



Candidates should show proficiency in customer relationship management, including follow-up, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools or spreadsheets, and providing timely support and guidance.

Candidates should have basic marketing and outreach skills, including understanding of EdTech offerings, comfort with social media or digital channels, and the ability to represent the brand professionally.

Candidates should exhibit analytical and organizational skills, such as tracking performance metrics, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple leads or campaigns simultaneously.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field are beneficial, along with prior experience in sales, counseling, or business development (preferably in EdTech or education).

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate within a team, use common office and communication software tools, and maintain an ethical, learner-centric approach is expected.
