Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing seeks a Senior QA Test Engineer to lead automation testing efforts for web-based applications and Laboratory Information Management Systems. The role combines manual and automated testing (60:40 ratio) within an Agile setting, supporting the delivery of next-generation pharma testing solutions across global teams.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and requirement traceability matrices

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Java, C#, or Python

Conduct manual and automated testing across sanity, functional, integration, and system phases

Collaborate with global engineering teams to translate complex requirements into test scenarios and cases

Analyze test results, identify risks,



and prepare detailed test reports for stakeholder review

Requirements

- 6–9 years of QA and automation testing experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Selenium, Specflow, BDD, or Protractor automation frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Java, C#, or Python for test automation
- Hands-on SQL expertise including joins, subqueries, and complex queries
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web service testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI)
- Proven experience with defect tracking (Jira, TFS, Bugzilla) and test management tools (ALM, TFS/MTM)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
