About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional, self-driven Full-Stack PHP Developer to act as a core Individual Contributor (IC) under our MIS wing. As an IC, you will have total hands-on responsibility—meaning you will write all code manually and handle end-to-end debugging yourself , without relying on others. You will take universal ownership of the organization's operational health, reporting tools, performance tracking, and financial dashboards, bridging deep PHP/Laravel engineering with advanced database management, UI design, and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- 100% Hands-On Manual Coding & Self-Debugging (Individual Contributor):
- As an individual contributor, you must have strong core programming fundamentals to write clean, optimized code manually from scratch.
- Capable of performing deep, independent debugging —tracing API failures, database execution plans, slow queries, and framework/connector bottlenecks without relying on trial-and-error or external help.
- Universal MIS & Multi-Tool Ownership (Beyond Single Projects):
- Manage and enhance company-wide reporting tools, dashboards, HRMS, and CRM systems without being confined to a single product lifecycle.
- Handle concurrent technical requirements across global operations seamlessly.
~ Architecture, System Design & Protocol Creation:
- Define and build applications and reporting structures from scratch ,
establishing robust engineering protocols rather than just following pre-existing frameworks.
- Create detailed High-Level Diagrams (HLD) on draw.io before implementation.
- Full-Stack PHP & Advanced Database/Security Expertise:
- Expert-level command over PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) , MySQL (query optimization, indexing, execution plans), and caching mechanisms ( Redis with TTL strategies).
- Implement bulletproof role-based access control (RBAC), authorization checks, and data-level security to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate cyber threats proactively.
- AI Integration, Bot Pre-training & Smart Workflows:
- Hands-on experience in building, integrating, and pre-training AI chatbots / LLM-driven workflows for automated data extraction and querying.
- Leverage advanced AI coding assistants ( Cursor , Claude Code) purely as speed multipliers while maintaining strict manual oversight, repository documentation (CLAUDE.md), and rigorous code validation to prevent model hallucinations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on software development experience with proven, deep expertise in manual PHP coding, Laravel, MySQL, and contemporary frontend UI structuring.
Strong Debugging & Analytical Aptitude: Proven ability to troubleshoot, trace stack traces, inspect server/API logs, and fix complex logical or database issues independently.
MIS & Dashboard Mindset: Strong background in building complex enterprise reporting dashboards, tracking business metrics, and handling large-scale data points.
Independent Problem Solver: True IC capability who thrives on complete ownership from code writing to production deployment.
Operational Flexibility: Comfort with US night shifts and a hybrid work model (3 weeks remote, 1 week onsite at the Noida office).
