Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU FICA Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U Financial Contract Accounting (FI-CA). The ideal candidate should have experience managing day-to-day SAP IS-U FICA operations, resolving production issues, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support day-to-day SAP IS-U FICA operations.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective workarounds while root-cause analysis is in progress.
Monitor and support SAP batch jobs and scheduling activities.
Support SAP IS-U FICA integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and ensure business objectives are achieved.




Handle incidents and support timely resolution of technical and functional issues.
Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP IS-U FICA.
Robust understanding of SAP IS-U FICA operations and production support.
Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
Knowledge of SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
Familiarity with SAP IS-U FICA integration with other SAP modules and external applications.
Ability to identify process improvements and operational workarounds.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business stakeholders.
