You'll drive the technology vision and architecture for our Agentic Care Tech teams, including Self Serve, Agent Experience, Contact Centre as a Platform, and Agentic Insight Harness—spanning frontend and backend and Agentic AI capabilties. Agentic AI Architecture: Define and drive the enterprise Agentic AI architecture, designing scalable, secure, and resilient multi-agent systems that enable autonomous reasoning, orchestration, and execution across complex business workflows.

Architect for Scale: Design and evolve the technical architecture for highly scalable microservices and modern frontend applications (React, Node.js, GraphQL, Java, Spring Boot, NoSQL, Kafka, Azure) and handling data at scale

Drive Cross-Domain Vision: Set and align architectural direction across Cart, Checkout, Promotions, Order Amends, and Platform, ensuring seamless integration and a unified customer experience.

Build frameworks, standards, and tools that raise the bar for code quality, reliability, and operational excellence across all teams.

Partner closely with product, UX, program management,



and global engineering teams. Embed security, performance, and fault-tolerance into every layer of the stack—from the cloud to the customer's screen.

Deliver Business Impact: Own and deliver solutions that move critical business metrics, unlock growth, and create best-in-class digital retail experiences for millions.

Proven Technical Mastery: 16+ years of experience building and scaling complex systems across both frontend and backend. Deep expertise in microservices, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern web frameworks.

Architectural Depth: Mastery of technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, GraphQL, NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB), Kafka, and Azure Cloud.
